5. Online sales policy

Access in order to place a product order is allowed to any Buyer.

All prices of the products presented on the Site are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT

In case of online payments the Seller is not / cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs borne by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of his card, if the currency of his issuance differs from RON or EURO. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the Buyer.

6. Order

The buyer can place orders, through the desired products in the shopping cart, and will complete the order by making the payment in one of the ways indicated.

The order placed through the forms on the site by the Buyer, does not create contractual obligations for the Seller and will be considered accepted only after its confirmation by the Seller.

The validation of the order by the Seller will be done later by written message (e-mail) to the Buyer.

The order is validated by the Seller only if:

• The products ordered by the Buyer are available or can be delivered in established and accepted terms;
• There are no errors in the system that could generate wrong prices (eg: price value)

By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the Order. By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may contact him, by any means available / agreed by the Seller, in any situation where it is necessary to contact the Buyer.

The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer, following a prior notification addressed to the Buyer, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other party in the following cases:

• non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer’s card, of the transaction, in case of online payment;
• invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Calinnotex, in case of online payment;
• the data provided by the Buyer on the site are incomplete and / or incorrect;

7. Payment

Payment for products under these Terms and Conditions refers only to the products listed on the website www.calinnotex.com. Payment can be made online, by card (credit / debit) or by cash on delivery.

The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each order.

CALINNOTEX accepts the following credit / debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard / Eurocard, Maestro, including Visa or MasterCard virtual cards. Using the credit card / debit card payment method, your order will be processed immediately.

Online payments made on our site benefit from the 3D Secure security protocol (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code). 3D Secure means a new global approach to authenticating buyers and sellers in secure Internet transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user when making the payment on a secure page where the registration of each cardholder is done by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction. 8. Delivery of products

The opening hours of the online store are: from Monday to Friday between 9.00 – 18.00

• In case of delivery to the Buyer, the Seller will ensure the proper packaging of the products.
• The Seller will deliver the Goods and Services on the territory of Romania and the EU.
• The transport is free for orders over 250 lei, Valid only in the FAN COURIER coverage area

Delivery of products abroad

• Orders placed by individuals and / or legal entities abroad will be sent by courier (DHL or Romanian Post), and courier fees will be included in the invoice issued in foreign currency (euro).

The seller is not responsible for:

• delayed delivery of goods caused by the transport company.
• delayed delivery of goods caused by incorrectly entered address of the consignee
• for damage to the order caused by the transport company.

9. Warranties

All products sold by CALINNOTEX, benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the producers.

10. Return

• You can return and change the purchased products, within 10 days from the date of their receipt, if you have not chosen the right material / product or if the product has manufacturing defects.
• The product purchased at the special offer cannot be changed if the buyer has been previously informed by e-mail or telephone that the product to be purchased is at the special offer due to some defects.
• All returns can be processed by us only in compliance with the following conditions:
• If you wish to return a delivered product, you must notify us in writing of the product you wish to return, the date it was delivered to you, the reason why you wish to return it and whether you wish to replace it with another product. • Only after processing and approval of this notice by CALINNOTEX, you will be able to return the product.
• Any return made without our prior notice by the customer will not be processed.
• In order to be returned, the products must be in the original packaging intact, without damage, have not been used or cut.
• The return of the products must be made in compliance with the above conditions, using the express courier service: FAN COURIER.
• The return of the products will be made at: the address str. Alexandru Constantinescu 35, ap. 2, BUCHAREST.
• The equivalent value (lei) will be returned to the client’s account in the IBAN bank account, subsequently provided by the client.
• The return costs and costs of associated services already performed at the time of delivery and payment of the order, respectively delivery costs, refund, bank fees and online payment will be borne by the customer (and only for manufacturing defects by the Seller), and refund of the product will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your return decision, but not before the date of receipt of the goods

11. Liability

By creating the account, using the content and / or placing orders, the Buyer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the site in the latest updated version that is communicated within the site, existing at the time of account creation and / or use of the content and / or on the date of placing the order.

12. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such failure to perform on time and / or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

If within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party will have the right to notify the other party of the full termination of the contract without any of them being able to claim damages from the other.
